Voice Blast for a Salesforce Campaign

Prerequisites

  1. Omnigage Terminal is installed, and the utility component has been added to a utility bar of a Lightning Experience app (such as Sales Console). See the documentation on install and setup.
  2. To create campaigns, the Salesforce user must be a "Marketing User". To enable, edit the individual user:

Setup Campaign

1. Create Contacts and/or Leads

2. Create a Campaign

3. Assign Contacts and/or Leads

4. Make a selection

Create Engagement

1. Launch Terminal from Utility Bar

Note: Be sure to navigate to the desired campaign. The Terminal component is context-aware and will present the action for "New Engagement" when there is a campaign being viewed.

2. Click "New Engagement" and enter the name

3. Choose an activity

4. Choose caller id and recording

5. Click "Save Activity" and choose delivery options

6. Click "Save Delivery" and then submit the engagement

7. View the status of the queue

8. Click "Metrics" to see an overview of the engagement
