Edit a User

You may need to edit a User to grant or revoke permissions from their profile or to delete a User from your Account.  To delete a User you must login with a User Profile that has the Account Admin permission.

  1. Click on the Settings icon in the main navigation menu.
  2. Click on Users.
  3. Click the EDIT option for the User that you wish to modify.
  4. From the EDIT view, you may change the permission settings for the User or delete the User.
    The Account Admin role allows a User to invite other Users to your Account, and to manage existing Users on your Account.
    The Compliance Admin role lets the User review, approve or decline Engagements when Pre-Compliance or Post-Compliance are enabled on your Account.
  5. If you choose to DELETE a User it will remove their access to your Omnigage Account.  Deleting a User does not delete the User Identity profile from the Omnigage platform.
  6. Click the SAVE USER button after making the required changes to the User Profile.
