Viewing Queues and Metrics
Queues and Metrics are available for every Engagement generated on the Omnigage platform. Queues allow you to see the real-time progress of your Engagement, which may be an ongoing campaign depending on the configuration of your Engagement. Metrics allow you to see the quantitative results across the whole of your Engagement and aggregate data from each of the Activities that you included in your Engagement.
To view the Queues for your Engagement:
- Click the Engagements icon in the main navigation.
- Click the QUEUES option on the Engagement you wish to view. Note that only those Engagements that have been submitted and processed will have a Queue associated to them.
- The Queues view allows you to view the processing of your Engagement in real-time by using the REFRESH icon at the top-right of the data grid. You may also view the Queue for each Activity included in your Engagement if there are multiple Activities by using the drop-down control to switch between the various Activities.
- You may use the sort and filter options in the header row of the data grid to manipulate the Queue entries based on dimensions that you specify.
- The Queues view also allows you to select one or more Contacts and add them to an existing List, or create a new List using the List creation and selection controls at the top-left of the data grid.
- Clicking on the VIEW option for a Queue entry will display the Log entry.
- Clicking on the RESULTS option for a Queue entry will display the Content delivered by this Activity of the Engagement
To view the Metrics for your Engagement:
- Click the Engagements icon in the main navigation.
- Click the Activity option.
- Click the Metrics tab in the left sub-navigation bar.
- In the default view, Metrics are aggregated across all of the Activities included in your Engagement. You may filter this view by using the drop-down selection to individually select the Activities within the Engagement.
- Metrics will continue to be collected for an Engagement for as long as the Engagement is in an Open status.
