Compliance Reviews
Compliance is a fundamental feature of the Omnigage platform and allows organizations to review and approve all Engagements between their Users and Contact audience before a communication is broadcast. Compliance is configured as one of the Settings for your Omnigage Account and may be set to Pre-Compliance, Post-Compliance or Disabled. For the purposes of this article we will assume that Pre-Compliance has been enabled for your Omnigage Account, and that the User has been granted the Compliance Admin role.
Compliance Reviews are undertaken by Users that have been granted the Compliance Admin role by their Account Admin. Compliance Reviews are generated for all Engagement types, Pages and Posts.
To view all Compliance Reviews for your Account:
- Click on the Compliance icon in the main navigation.
- Click on the Reviews option (this is the default view, but is included here for clarity)
- Click on the REVIEW option for the Review that you wish to view. Each Review request will be shown as an individual record, with any Engagements that have been previously reviewed and declined showing historically.
- Review the Details and Content of the Engagement selected.
- You may choose to APPROVE or DECLINE an Engagement and optionally leave a Comment to assist the User with understanding your decision. If the User has left any Comments they are also visible in the review history.
- If you choose to APPROVE the Engagement, it will be processed based on the Scheduled Date specified by the User.
Compliance Admins may choose to receive a notification for each Compliance Review request that is received when a User submits an Engagement for review. This setting is controlled by the following:
- Click on the Compliance icon in the main navigation.
- Click on the Settings option.
- Click the checkbox for Is Notifications Enabled.
