Email Triggers
Email Blasts within an Engagement have the following triggers available:
READ
The recipient has received the email and read it. This is determined by a tracking pixel that is embedded in the email source and retrieved when the recipient opens the email. This tracking is dependent on the tracking pixel being loaded by the recipient's email client, which can be disabled in some clients, especially full-client email software (ex. Outlook, Thunderbird) for privacy purposes. Webmail clients like Gmail also allow users to turn off the default loading of remote image content which will also circumvent the tracking feature. Due to this limitation, not having a READ outcome does not necessarily indicate that the recipient has not read the email message.

DELIVERED
The email message was successfully delivered to the network email server of the recipient's email. This outcome/trigger is a reliable indication that the email message was successfully delivered, however there are some scenarios in which the recipient's email network will have successfully accepted the message but not delivered it to the recipient inbox (ex. internal content control filtering of the recipient email network).

UNDELIVERED
The email message was not delivered to the recipient email server or the recipient inbox. This can happen if the recipient's mailbox storage is full, or if the specified email address is invalid.

COMPLAINED
The recipient has flagged the message as spam; this is not always reported back as a result depending on the email network service of the message recipient.

UNSUBSCRIBED
The recipient has clicked the unsubscribe link embedded within the email message. This will remove the Subscribed attribute for the Contact email from the List that was used to generate the email engagement, but it will not remove the Contact from the List.
