Setting Up the Settings
There are a number of sections available in the Settings area but most new accounts will need to make or confirme the following configuration settings.
Settings > Compliance
Select the type of Compliance that is appropriate for your organization:
- Pre-Compliance - When selected, all Engagements that are submitted by Users of your organization must be reviewed and approved by a Compliance Admin before they are released for processing. If an Engagement is scheduled for a specific time and it has not yet been approved by a Compliance Admin, it will not be processed.
- Post-Compliance - When selected, all Engagements will create an audit record in the Compliance Review list that can be reviewed by Compliance Admins. Engagements will be sent out based on their scheduled date.
- Disabled - When selected, Compliance is turned off for the Account. No compliance-specific audit records are created. All Engagements are processed on their scheduled date.
Settings > Engagement
Select the Engagement types that you want the Users of your organization to have access to. By default, all Engagement types are enabled but you may individually disable each Engagement channel as required.
