Main Navigation Overview

First, we will start with an overview of the available Main Navigation options.

Contacts

This is the default landing page when logging in to your Omnigage Account.  Contacts lets you view and edit your Contacts, manage Lists and perform Imports and Exports of your Contact data.  You probably don't have any Contacts set up yet, but we will get you there.

Engagements  

Engagements is where you manage all of your mass outbound and inbound engagement activities for your Contacts.

Templates

This is where you manage all of the content used for your Engagements and includes audio and text-to-speech Voice Message templates, Text Message templates and Email Message templates.  You can also manage Workflow templates used for your Engagements here.

Inbox

This is the central connection point between you and your Contacts.  All interactions between your Contacts and team are shown in the Inbox.  The Inbox will also show any messages that you have received from phone numbers and email addresses that aren't associated to an existing Contact (but soon will be!).

Compliance

If your Account is using Compliance Reviews then this is where your Compliance Admins go to review Engagements.  You may or may not see the Compliance navigation icon based on the permissions for your User profile.

Settings

The global settings for your Omnigage Account are managed here along with configuration for Users,TelephonyEmailMetricsAuditing and Security controls.  Access to the Settings section is limited based on the permissions your User may have.

Help

The Help section provides Knowledge Base articles (like this one), this Getting Started GuideTutorial Videos and the option to submit a Help Ticket if something still doesn't seem to be working quite right.

Log Out

Clicking this will log you out of your Omnigage Account on this browser.  We're sorry to see you go, but we're sure you'll be back soon!

Identity

The Identity Portal is separate from your Omnigage Account and allows you to manage your personal profile, which we call an Identity.  Within the Identity Portal you manage your login credentials, user and contact preferences, contact information and can jump to any other Omnigage Accounts that you may have access to.
